GG Alaska

Jimmy M got hurt early in the 1st but played through injury for 2 series and got pulled. The backup QB came in and did nothing great.

Honolulu was buzzing all week with the arrival of last years champs into our stadium. Our team looked amazing, Cooper Allen got benched in a playoff game we were playing so well. Can't say I've ever seen that in real life.

Only fitting we beat last year's champs en route to the championship this year. Our main rival this season (Fargo) was eliminated as well. Tough luck again this year for them.

Next up is Tulsa in the Championship game for our Conference. They boast a really good offense and it should be a good game.

Surprised Kansas City beat Brooklyn. Omaha had an awesome season, they played well against Cleveland.

GG Kosar,

I thought we had a chance up 28-27 in the 4th but that 96 yard drive was back breaking and then the fumble return sealed the game.

Great game man, good luck in the conference championship.

GG Fargo. I thought you'd probably pull this one off but our defense was able to get a few turnovers and hold you to 4 FGs in the redzone, while the offense did enough.

Next up an uphill battle against Honolulu.

GG Brooklyn

2 early INTs left us with short Fields and we scored a TD on one drive and missed a FG on the other as the first half expired. When Grueneich threw a pick in the 3rd quarter leaving Brooklyn with a short Field, I worried that the game might turn, but a holding penalty negated a 17 yard completion to FB Ruschak and helped the defense to hold and force a Punt.
Cook's 3rd INT set us up again with a short field and we scored to go up 20-13.
Our Punter pinned the Brawlers deep on at least 2 occasions, one at the 2 and another at the 6 yard line.
Both Kickers missed a FG that might have changed the momentum slightly
In the end, the 3 INTs were too much to overcome and we escaped with the victory...somehow
I am surprised we have lasted this long, but we will study Cleveland and see if we can find a way to get to the Bowl.

Congrats on a Nice Season Brooklyn
I'm sure you will be in the hunt again next season.

You got us again Tulsa.

Aside from the 0/4 RZ performance you guys also got us to run for negative yards quite a bit and were ice cold capitalizing on our 3 consecutive TOs for 17 of your 20 points.

I went pretty in-depth with my study of your team including D playcalls and love what you are doing. Really was at a loss for how to get past your D and it shows again. Best of luck the rest of the way.

GG Red Zone,

You summed up the game perfectly. "Don" Juan Grueneich not only had a good through the air, he picked up key yards on the ground scrambling.

You had a great game against Cleveland. It came down to the very end. Great season for the Storm and good luck in the off-season.

GG JJ Smithy

The game was a lot closer than the final score suggests. We certainly seemed to get the rub of the dice roles towards the end of the game to score 17 points in the last 4 minutes to take the win.Very fortunate.
