If a questionable player is unable to play. Will the AI (Rex) only look at that specific position or will he alter my entire team? Is both active/inactive roster personel and depth charts affect by the AIs modification of the team.

Is the solution, that on both off. and def depth charts I lock all other position except the one with questionable LT?

If you want him to play then you need to raise the Play While Injured setting to 7-9 IMO.

Locking the depth chart will help for sure but is not a sure bet if the AI decided to move one of your already positioned OL to his spot.
