former 2nd rd pick... he's fast, and can return both kicks and punts---

looking for 5th any year

bump... i'll probly cut this guy after FA 2......i need the cap room....

i figure he may be worth a late rd pick to somebody... mostly for his return skills, but he is a more than capable WR....
