Geoff Warren - WR -70/70 - 6th Year Now that Gilmore has retired, I don't have much need of a high priced target for him to throw to. Warren helped us get a ring, but we're ready to move on. Has 3 years left on his contract and we'd obviously be eating the guaranteed money. Looking for a 1st Rounder. Joel Whitfield - DT - 63/63 - 9th Season Our run stuffer at the 1-technique. However, we drafted a young guy last year who looks like he can step in for Joel. Hate to let Joel go, but as we are in transition, he's on the block. Looking for a 4th rounder. Dan Drain - DE - 56/56 - 4th Year Bartered to get Drain from Vegas last year to help bolster a possible run at back to back championships. I now have 2 young DE's that I'll need to pay if I want to keep them. I prefer keeping the one I drafted. One year left on his contract. CHEAP - 3 years $19.48M. Looking for a 2nd rounder. However, at this price, I may just keep him. Deron DeWolf - ILB - 49/49 - 9th Year DeWolf looks like he'd be better utilized in a 3-4. He's a journeyman that could help a team that wants to bolster their interior pass rush. Two years left on his contract. 3 years $16.48M Looking for a 5th rounder. Dale Harding - DT - 43/43 - 6th Year Can help up the middle against the run/play the 3rd DT in goal line situations. 2 years $9.82M Looking for a 7th rounder. Perry Flickinger - 35/46 - 3rd Year Drafted this guy in the late rounds because he looked like a creeper according to my scout. Now that he's creeping, he's demanding a trade. Happy to part with him at this juncture, but would just as well keep him. Looking for a 7th rounder. |
