In case you missed it in the Staff hiring 2 is done thread, I have decided to delay stage-3 staff hiring until tomorrow.

This has the added benefit of moving the franchise tag export to Tuesday morning instead of Monday morning. I think this will reduce the chance that someone will miss that critical export.
