This guy is an elite tackle that is a mentor. He is asking for cap numbers of 4.56 this year and 6.81 next in a renegotiated contract. He can be moved to right guard without any change in ratings.
He's basically the right guy for a team looking to win right now. Give up a draft pick and make a run at the championship.
