Pettiford rejected contract offers from Hartford and San Antonio.

Baltimore also signed RFAs Jack Garnes, running back, and Toby Sanders, linebacker. LBs Eric Samuel and Mark Alpert was signed away by the Santa Cruz Privateers and the Fargo Boxcars, respectively.

The Bombers management wish Alpert the best and good luck in rehabbing his knee injury.
