It looks like those of us who don't run the sims could upgrade and not really affect anything. Is that what you guys see?

Me too. I'd wondered why we'd had so many penalty problems despite my coach being excellent in discipline. Hopefully this gets things under control.

Agreed. I'm all for patching as quickly as possible personally.
