Noticed a couple teams over the cap, are we allowed to go over the cap during the season? I know this came up in another league and there was no rule against it. What is the rule on this in the CFL?

It's discouraged but there's no rule against it. It does prevent them from signing anyone if they get an injury so it's a double edged sword.
