After many many years of local fans looking for Beavers in Boston have again come up empty. The reason might surprise you. Beavers dont live in Boston. The fans in Boston do support the local CFL team. When it comes to Merchandise that is another story. Boston has been in the bottom 5 of Jersey, Hats, T-shirt sales over the last 10 years. The only thing that sales are in the top 10 is ugly Christmas Sweaters. The Team has been working over the last year of a new identiy. They feel like the new one will get the fans excited. It might even "Blow them away". Now thats chilling.

The new name is the Boston Blizzard and I like it. It fits better than the beavers, Fear the Blizzard.
