GG Ravenhawk, We squeaked out a win with our backup qb, your young qb is pretty good but that fumble hurt him badly. Some highlights; - a nice 43yd TD run by Johnstone - the Big one, Lauher blocked the game tying Field goal to save our asses. GG Raven. |

That was the worst beating I ever took in a fake football game in my whole life… Vegas shut us down to the point we were thoroughly embarrassed.. that was an outstanding defensive (and offensive) effort.. 39-0, and it wasn’t that close.. One week after we won a game against a good team 41-3.. same gameplan/same team.. I guess I should have changed the gameplan.. seems like you guys were ready for that one.. good game.. I’d say “hope we meet in the playoffs”, but it’d be a lie.. I don’t want to play you any more |

I’d say “hope we meet in the playoffs”, but it’d be a lie.. I don’t want to play you any more I had a 2-hour meeting yesterday with 0 involvement, so I GP'd both sides of the ball. I think that was the first time this year I didn't have to either Rex my defense or recycle an old offensive GP. I usually can get some work in on one side or the other, but not both sides of the ball like yesterday. I'm going to try to do that more often down the stretch. I thought the run defense was stout in the first half but feared it would start to fade in the second half. Nope. The YPC just kept dropping like a rock. We gave up some chunk plays in the passing game but we took care of business when we needed to. Good luck the rest of the way! |
