Well, we came close to beating New York.... Next up, Shreveport, our 3rd opponent in a row who's a division leader....

When do I get to play easy teams again? ;)

Wow... What a barn-burner  0-0 going into the 3rd quarter.... 13-3 final score, tough game but Hurst stood in for the win...

Another win for us, but this one was costly as we suffered 6 injuries...just in time for some big division games too...

Crap, I had a bad feeling about ths game. Looks like Dustin Hayes isn't ready for the lime light yet, he threw four interceptions. And Chris Chavez' fumble with less than two minutes to go sealed the loss for us.

No pass rush at all for our defense as we were held without a sack for the first time all season.

Next up is our big rival Fargo, the team with the explosive offense. Should be a good one...

Well, [ibfe102a]that[/ibfe102a] was a nice warm up for the big game with Honolulu. I'll take a 23-0 shutout anyday. Moreover, we suffered no significant new injuries. Happy day!

Look out MrBug - [ibfe102a]we're comin' for ya![/ibfe102a] :)

I've taken being Shreveported to a new level - a blocked punt shoved so far up my craw that it took a single 10-yard play to score 7. My hat goes off to Sacramento who was an efficient 4-4 in Red Zone TD's. Yikes!

I heard there was a press conference this morning in Vegas. I'll try to get my hands on the replay for you guys...

The Pride truly appreciates you sucking up all the Shreveporting for the league. We'd like to give you a token of our thanks. The fruit basket should be arriving shortly.

hehe, punt blocked by Rick Lamontagne who, even if he doesn't get many sacks, does get quite a few hurries per game. He always seems to be close to the QB or in this case the punter... nice! :)

However, this was a very patriotish kind of game for us as a team with only 287 yards total, and a very Bradyish game for Seymour Barre with only 137 yards through the air. Very Bradyish in that he got the team a win and that's what counts. Barre has only 1 interception on the season...

Good game TurfToe, could have gone either way.

Yeah, it was darn close. Neither one of us wanted to make a field goal for a while. My miss was a 40 yarder, doh. I just noticed after looking at some of the plays called in the fourth quarter that I haven't adjusted the 4th quarter gameplan under normal situations at all, it looks terrible. I guess I can use this as a learning experience, and hope the upcoming changes to my gameplan will help me out over the long run.

With luck, Bridges will be able to reach 3000 yards and 30 TDs next week.

Luckily for the league records Bridges doesn't play Denver every week as he'd be looking at 5,888 yards and 72 touchdowns!

Reminds me of Daunte's last 5 games against Green Bay:

98 of 160 for 1329 Yards, 16 TDs, 0 INTs

What a beautiful sight. Your passing game was pretty solid. It stunk to watch you going backwards and still pulling out just enough to get a first. This would probably have been a shutout for me except for your passing offense looked good and saved you a number of times.
