Hello all,

Would like to inquire about the possibility of joining your league if you guys still have any openings. Just a few things about myself. I'm in the US Army, currently serving in Iraq, but have access to a regular Internet connection so sending in exports on time isn

Hi Jon,

I'm not in charge here, but I do believe that we still have some openings. I would expect that a new active owner would be greatly appreciated!

From my experience we don't have a true rules section. As situations come up a decision is made on how to deal with it. The schedule is also made up as we go along. But I wouldn't worry, not having IM won't be an issue for you.

Finally, thanks for serving our country! I hope that you make it back here quickly and safely! My cousin was killed over in Iraq just over a year ago. Whether or not we agree with the war, we do support our troops who are sacrificing a lot to be over there. Thanks again!

Ditto.

Hope you join up! I think we've got three or four teams open.

According to GE last night we only have one opening, so we might have to do a Battle Royale to the death type of thing to see who gets in.

No offense ss, but my money is gonna be on the professionally trained sodier...

I served in the Air Force if that might change your odds.

I think there are two openings according to GoldenEagle...Charleston and New Orleans. He said Charleston is the better team...so I told him i'd take New Orleans. Assuming that means sovereignstar gets Charleston.

Bah on that. New Orleans is filled with great young stars. They might even make a run this year, but if not, there is a core to build around.

[quote8148ebb="jdnoyes"]I am currently in the IFL league but it appears that the league is finished because our commish quit....[/quote8148ebb]

BTW I'm the ex-commissioner that he is referring to so a few of you already know me. I couldn't handle the duties any longer as it took most of the fun out of the game for me. I always said I was a true GM at heart and my team was beginning to rot as I couldn't find the time to devote to them. Prepare to meet me in full force as my team will be ready to compete in the CFL.

And, jdnoyes, I prefer "stepped down" as opposed to "quit". :P

Either way no hard feelings here, I knew the name was familiar. Just want to be in an active league and this one seems to fit the bill.
