What kind of chat program do you folks use? I'm on Dial-up (yes, GE, down with Dial-up!) and might need a few months to prepare and download.

As long as we don't do the chat during the real draft that is coming up this weekend, I should be able to participate anytime. AIM would work well for me. |

We will probably be using an AIM chat- If you can not attend the live chat please send me a list. You can send a list of players, a preference list...a mix of the two...anything really. I am not sure how many rounds we plan on running. |

dola- good work on the 2nd round (and later part of the first round. It has run a lot quicker and more smoothly. At this pace we will be finshed with round 2 before the live chat

Is the live chat still a go? I cant do live chat on the Army network so I wont be there. Seems that round two is moving nicely though so hopefully we can keep it up. |

Would it be possible to participate in the draft chat without actually being in the chat from the forum via PM's and GE or Doug5984 updating the selections on the draft forum as the picks are made. I would refesh every 30 seconds or something and with a time limit on my pick when it came up. Would really like to participate but the Army wont let me use IM on their network. Back in the old days of ESPN fantasy football before the java days we used to do live drafts in a similar fashion. Let me know what you guys think so I can know whether or not to get online for it. thanks Jon |

dola, it does work, I was able to log to my AIM login without having AIM installed on my PC here. The link is on the left of the screen, it' "AIM express"... You will need to create a login though... FM |
