Are you sure that there are no holes in your depth chart and that you have the proper number of active/inactive players?

Nice win by the Rockets, it's always good to see a shutout...even in the preseason. Lost a couple of guys for a couple of games, though...

Now if I can convince Huntington Beach to play flag football with us next week, the preseason will be a success.

You may want to check the global options in the game and make sure the coach isn't set to reset the depth chart each week. I'm not sure if that applies to multi-player or not though.

I think the problem might have been that I set my depth chart before the midweek and then signed a backup LB, but didn't send in a new file after the signing. Oh well.

that shouldn't have mattered, unless there was an empty space in your depth chart, or if you released someone that was in the depth chart to make room for the new player.
