Darkwing Duck was/is a cartoon.

Duckman was not animated to my recollection but rather a duck guy sitcom thingamajigger. I believe it was also really bad.

Many apologies. I was picturing the duck from "Howard the Duck" (movie in the late 80's). That was the really lame duck I was thinking of...I remember Duckman now and it was actually worth watching from time to time. I liked the pig from that show.
