Post-draft, we've already seen an early boomer as mckerney revealed that Chicago TE Alfred Morton had floored everyone at minicamp with his ability, he showed a 32 point improvement on the potential ratings.

I've looked for more rookie booms or busts, and it's bad news for Anchorage, whose FB Casey Drake was hit by a loss of 37 points in future ability.

Other notable changes in future potential:
QB Hamilton, Arizona: +6 pts
S Scott, Baltimore: -3 pts
QB Rivers, Baltimore: -5 pts
RB Woodard, Charleston: -11 pts
OLB Hopper, Charleston: +9 pts
DT Cassidy, Detroit: +6 pts
WR O'Neill, Fargo: + 6 pts
CB Kelly, New Orleans: -6 pts
C Griffin, New York: -4 pts
OLB Whitfield, New York: +5 pts
FB Berry, New York: +9 pts
RB Kerr, Oregon: +5 pts
CB Scott, Shreveport: -7 pts
DE Stokes, Tulsa: +7 pts

Can anybody tell me what my 2nd rounder, a WR called Zukowsky (something like that anyway) was graded as pre-draft ?

He's not very good for a 2nd rounder and was just wondering he'd busted, or just not a very good pick. I almost decided not to sign him...

fff, you can see your draft class on the link below, with all pre-draft data:

cfldraft2004.htm

Zukowsky was rated a 4.0 with 45 as future potential. A little low, but WR was a thin position in the draft pool.

The best one (Sonkin) had 5.7, and went third overall to El Paso, and then there were three rated as 4.0: Zukowsky, Ronnie Jordan (went to Sacramento in the third round) and Daniel Campbell (to Tulsa with the 31st pick in the first round).

Excellent, thanks a lot 3ric !

Now I can catch up a little bit more on the league history. I've been browsing the forum, and I wish I'd been able to make the 1st draft. Oh well, there's always next season...

2 for 3 isn't too shabby I guess... although C Griffin was supposed to fill in at starting G. Maybe that natural G that we picked in the draft will end up getting some serious playing time!?!?
