Not that I recall. I know he didn't play much last season, but it's one of those WTF moments...maybe he wants to find his inner self and travel the world...or something.

Quite a few Denver players on that list, looks as if the only thing they were still playing for was that SB ring...

By the way, thanks for posting these 3ric.

No surprise retirements for Anchorage, thank God. I've got enough problems this year without THAT being one of them. :)

Don't forget last year's Legend of the Game Rodrick Clarke also threw in the towel. :(

Saves me some cap space, though.

Glad to see Corey James retire...I think his conflict with Dustin Hayes may have been holding Dustin back some.

Now that I've had a chance to open the game, I may have an explanation.

In the 4 previous season, Carillo was a full-time starter for Long Beach and then Memphis, and that included starting all 32 games in his 2 seasons with the Express.

But then he joined the Vampires and found himself riding the pine, being only a 3rd stringer. He did play in 15 games and was on the field about 300 plays, but I guess he didn't like going from being the team stud defender to sitting on the bench...
If that is the true reason, I think it's quite cool to have this in the game....
