Argh! So close to beat Hartford... but you can't win when throwing three interceptions. Unless you're David Conti.

Glad to avenge last year's failures versus the Hitmen. I have also found the new slogan for Memphis.

Last year we went 8 and 0 at home.... this year we've started off 0 and 2. We didn't play too badly, the offense just stalled in the wrong spots. Next week we get Detroit... good times.

We beat Long Beach 31-7. Going in I figured this one was a toss up, so I'm surprised that we won by so much. We forced 6 3 and outs and their longest drive came against our prevent defense and was still only 44 yards. It probably could've been another shutout except for a blocked punt. It's hard to believe that one of the only matchups between top teams in the power rankings was the biggest blowout of the week. I also can't believe that our best scoring day of the year to this point came against probably the best defense we've played so far. Long Beach is a pretty solid team with two great corners.

Other than that, our strong safety is out for another month and C.J. Washington, the 28 year old rookie, scored his first touchdown.

Red zone troubles cost me a shot at this one. The stat lines are starting to come around to where I want them to be, but the offense has to finish the job when they get down inside the 20. One of these days this team is going to put it all together and be dangerous. I just hope I'm not too old to appreciate it when it finally happens...

you know, I am getting really sick of these low scoring games. 5 of our 6 games have been decided by 4 points or less. We are 2-3 in those games. But we won this week. I am sooooooooo ready for Seymour Barre to come back. Only 1 more game with the rookie starting.

That was a tough 1 point loss to New York. We caught some breaks on special teams: NY missed an 18 yard field goal and we blocked a punt, but special teams also killed us when Cowley returned a kickoff 95 yards for a touchdown right before halftime.

Overall, I'm pleased to be 4-2 at this point, having already played 5 road games. Bye week is next for Durham. :(

Do not look now, but here come the Express. After a terrible start, we have won three straight and have an easy win over rival Albay next week. We have emerged as the clear cut fav. to challenge New Orleans for the division title.

Indeed he is - and I'm amazed he hasn't reaggravated that injury with the way the AI was playing him. That's worked out really well for you.

If I didnt have the cap space I wouldnt have risked the signing, but I did. Im curious to see when he'll reinjure it though. Hopefully it was a onetime thing and that he doesnt have a hidden injury prone rating

A very easy win against the Stingers, good for morale after 2 straigth losses, especially the terrible game by the Vampires against Memphis.

We completely dominated the 1st half, jumping to a 31-3 lead, and then basically just waited out the 2nd half.

Noteworthy, Titone got his 1st official snap in the CFL, when he came in on the last play of the game to kneel and end the game... :D
