[quotee8bdd32="wademoore"]I've traded the pick to Tulsa, but I'm not sure why it didn't trigger his tool automatically? He has it turned on with 1 player in there. Taco, can you force it? I know what player if he wnats if you can't pull it from the tool.[/quotee8bdd32]

Trades don't trigger automated picks, only previous picks do.

Now that Tulsa has made the pick.

I think that Raffo has bust written all over him ;).

Yeah.. it's weird... I REALLY like his bars and normally would really go for a RB with his bars, but the 40-time combined with the volatility frightened me enough to trade out of the spot despite my need for a RB.

I feel the same way about him, had Rison got picked before 1.10, I wouldn't even have considered Raffo.

I would have grabbed Raffo and tried to trade Fulton, if Raffo dropped to me. Glad that didnt happen I guess.

[quote8aeb482="Stretch"][quote8aeb482="Joe"][quote8aeb482="Stretch"]Why is it that every draft I have multiple high picks the talent pool kind of stinks?

Sometimes I think this game hates me... :)[/quote8aeb482]

what? you seriously think this draft pool is bad?[/quote8aeb482]

Compared to a lot of the draft pools I get in the single-player, yeah.

It's not uncommon for me to have 5-6 players with potentials in the 90s when I play offline.

Then again, I'm up to about 2050 so maybe steroids are legal. :)[/quote8aeb482]

Multi-player draft classes are nothing like the single player ones. I would say this is one of the deepest top ends I have seen in my 5 seasons of multi-player.

Then it's my mistake comparing apples to oranges. :)

I picked up a good NT and can finally tell the Greek kid (Fronimopolous or something like that) to hit the bench.

That's 3 1st round picks in the last 3 years on my D-line.

I was wondering how far Flynn would fall as he seemed to be the best guy according to the game scouts that was still on the board...

I hope everyone is taking notes on how to communicate during the draft. I believe many of the frustrations associated with delays is due to the unknown. If it takes time to make a pick, it is perceived better when everyone is in the loop.

Thanks for keeping everyone posted Joe.

Well, DeStafano was the guy I had picked out from the minute I saw the draft class as the guy I wanted, and I figured trading down would net me him. So in the end I get the guy I wanted, and I get a 1st rounder next year - not a bad deal in the end.

I was hoping to land DeStafano with 1.28... oh well. Nice pick, Wade.

That definately makes me feel better. He was my favorite OT in this draft class for sure and I'm happy to land him. Now one question may become do I convert either him or my second rounder from last year, [b44f04d6]Toby Terwey[/b44f04d6] to RT, or do I play them out of position?
