Hello Everyone, I have just taken over the Tampa Bay Torpedos. I recognize many of your names from FOFC, but I'll introduce myself for those that do not recognize me. I have been active off and on on FOFC since May 2001. I have been heavily involved in a couple of the Group Think careers and had a couple of popular dynasties (Baton Rouge Swamp Rats in particular). I just recently purchased FOF 2k4 and this will be my first multiplayer experience. So, bear with me if I have stupid questions or make mistakes. Now it's time to find out what I can do with this team! |

Are you all telling me I don't know what I'm getting into?  ...Welp, I've mulled over my team and done what I can to have a chance against 3ric in week one.. It is quite frustrating that the top two picks for this team had not been signed, not sure how this stuff works so I guess I may not have them for week 1 which will hurt since I plan on starting both of them... 3ric, here's to hoping you don't have a good week 1! |

Welcome to the league! I'll see you in weeks 10 and 15. If you get an export in today then you should be able to get your rookies into week 1. Tonight there is a FA export when your rookies might sign if you make them an offer. Then you can put them in the starting lineup by submitting another export before tomorrow (Tuesday) night. I did not know that Taco, but it is what I hoped. I just sent an export to GE via e-mail (i hope that is how i am supposed to do it). So, if he gets it run in time, I can probably make the lineup changes in time before he sims tomorrow. *crosses fingers* I saw the mention of a live chat -- are there times when there is a chat that reads off the games in action or something? |

Yes, email is how you are supposed to submit your exports. We had a live chat for the CFL bowl last season and it worked out well. Some of us are hoping that we continue to have live chats every so often. I think a week 1 chat would be a good way to start off the new season, but we are still waiting for GE to let us know if he wants to do that or not. |
