Honolulu quarterback Ronnie Tu is listed as questionable heading into their Week 2 matchup against the Charleston Sixpacks in Hawaii after straining his patellar tendon in a pass play versus Arizona.
Tu is said to be between 75-85 percent healthy and it is believed that he will remain the Week 2 starter. Their matchup against Charleston pits last year's number one passing offense versus one of the league's toughest secondaries (ranked 3rd in passing defense last year and 2nd in INTs). The oddsmakers like the Blue Pacific by three at home.
Honolulu GM MrBug has not yet commented on Tu's injury or playing status.
Tu was 11 for 13 passing for 105 yards and two touchdowns before getting injured in the second quarter and subsequently replace by backup QB Earnest Gray.
