Late FA 1 is <a href="http://www.thecfl.net/schedule.html">scheduled</a> for Monday, July 16th, but I will run the sim earlier (with at least 24 hours notice) if we finish the draft early.

Here are the official draft rules:

The rookie draft uses the CFL Draft-o-matic utility.

1. TIME LIMIT

In the first round, each team has an eight (8) hour time limit to make a selection. In all remaining rounds, there is a four (4) hour time limit. If a trade is made for a pick while it is on the clock, the time limit is reduced to 30 minutes. If a team goes over their time limit twice, their time limit becomes zero (0) for the rest of their picks.

Teams will only be "on the clock" during official draft hours, from 8:00 a.m. EST to Midnight.

2. PICK SELECTION

When a team goes over their time limit, a pick will be made for them as follows:

1. First player in the team's Draft List

2. If the Draft List is empty, the pick will be made collectively by the owners who are online at the time.
