Wow wow wow! [player]Kenneth Lester[/player] marches the offense 80 yards in the final 1:40 and wins it with a 12 yard TD pass to [player]Corey Moore[/player] with 6 seconds left. Final score: Durham 24, Charleston 23.

Our defense was horrible for the first 37 minutes, but didn't allow any first downs over the final 23 minutes. I think we finally made [player]Donnie Lowe[/player] uncomfortable. He was knocked down 10 times by DTs [player]Hugh Hanks[/player] and [player]Jamie Owens[/player].

This was yet another thrilling game in our rivalry, JJ. It had everything: 70+ yard punts, a punt block, and it was the worst game in [player]Michael Browning[/player]'s career. Browning dropped 5 passes!

Mixed feelings here, as I am happy with the demolition of Chicago. Our defense got to Wells repeatedly (7 sacks and numerous hurries), and we finally had a running offense.

And on the flip side, even though it was expected, I'm very sad to be home for the playoffs despite a 10-6 record...

Still, a promising season for what is still a young team.

We don't lose to Honolulu despite Freddie Mathias' best efforts. That [player]Kennedy McIntire[/player] kid seems to be a player. He gets 70 yards away from the single season franchise rushing record and only started 8 games.

After my 0-5 start where I wasn't even competitive, finishing 7-4 in the last 11 games was nice to see.

We picked up a couple injuries this week - Austin Philyaw is doubtful, but with a low risk of aggravation, he'll certainly play in the wild card game. It's a tougher call on RT Fernando Huntley's sprained knee.

What a horrible end to the season. I thought we were gonna get home field advantage, now we have to go on the road in the wild card round without our best offensive player. :(

Here's something I hadn't noticed until now: [player]Bucky Ferraro[/player] has thrown 251 consecutive passes without an interception dating back to his last throw in our week 7 loss to Texas. I wonder what the longest streak is, but I imagine it'd take quite a while to figure that out.

Hrmph. Did I forget to upload my export? I don't recall getting any warnings about my roster/depth chart when I exported last night.

Regardless, it is nice to sneak out of Vegas with a win. The Rounders always play us tough, and today's game was no exception. gg TT.

Well we finished out winning 4 of 5, so that gives us hope for next year . . .

and it's great to see that a Shreveport MLB is back on top of the Tackles board at the end of the season.

Back up QB Gabe England brings the bye week to SC and a much needed break for Larrabee. To top it off England wins Offensive Player of the week in game. :D

Also WR Schultz becomes the first player in CFL history with 3 seasons of 10 or more TD's and a 3 year record of 38 TD's. Our trade of Dwight Fling seems to have worked out for everyone, SS Burns had 80 tackles, 2 INTs, and 14 PDefenses; C Gaines started 14 games with 23 KRB's and I picked up Fling's replacement in the second round SE McWilliams who went 48-648 with 8 TD's. A good regular season for the Privateers, now time to get the Playoff monkey off our back 4-4 lifetime without a win since 2007

Hmm, Brooklyn ends the season with a win over Atlantic City. Don't expect QB Brent Caputo to ride the pine next year, i can't wait to put my stamp on this team.

yes, gg Fonz. I uploaded late and didn't see your's as RECEIVED on the receipt page - are you sure you uploaded?

Yes, it is just another in a string of holding Goodwin to a double-digit passer rating and putting MoMo in a position to excel only to have another part of our game become dysfunctional. Our running game was shut down completely. I am still willing to sell the defensive gameplan that gives Goodwin fits. I don't know if it's my inability to win despite slowing him down that is keeping potential customers away or if no one wants to take him out of his game.

The sad part is a win would/should/could have put us in the playoffs but we just couldn't muster up another TD. I think if we passed a little more it might have done the trick. We don't usually pass well against Tucson's secondary so I'm guessing the Toro gameplan was focused on our run game.

Good luck in the playoffs Fonz!

Another great one Chris, we just couldn't stop you on that last drive. 24-23 Loss
