I don't think that has anything to do with Thul's staff hiring moves. Did you forget to put Sacramento (and Albany) on computer control during FA? If they were on computer control then I think they would have made moves to get under the salary cap. |

Sacramento was way over the cap when the season started - easily the worst situation. I don't remember exactly when you have to be under the cap, but the penalty is a lost third-round pick. I agree with Taco - it has to do with the salary cap, not coach hirings. |
