G.M. David "Hoosier" Owens is resigning from the Ring of Fire's doormat, the Arizona Outlaws, and taking over the reigns of the CFL's Chicago franchise.
"I'm a midwesterner, a Hoosier born, bred, and degreed, and Chicago has always been my kind of town. I've been watching the Hitmen since the beginning of this season, and that's where my heart is.." Hoosier.
Gone are the days of the Hitless Hitmen, Chicago will be rebranded the Blitz, and that's what they'll do... Blitz!

I remember DBerner, the old G.M. well, and I think I can do the job there. Nothing against the Ring of Fire, but I think it helps in that a lot of divisions in the CFL are on a.i., and this spreads the human wealth a bit more.
