before we see any numbers the Blue pacific held a press conference for the teams fans discussing the newest members of the team.

1-20 S- Britt Perkins: We like this kid alot, plan on moving him to CB were we coul duse some help

2-25 QB Gus Hammond: We took a shot on this kid, had some nice combines but not alot to support those numbers, plus our scouts were very high on him. We can groom him behind Hanks for a couple years.

3-24 WR Artie Rider: We like him he can get down field, run a decent route, ok hands and big play ability.

4-23 FB Hunter Dail: We really like this kid, when our pick in the 4th was live we looked at each other and said are we missing something wrong with this kid. We feel he slipped through the cracks some and are very happy to have him at this point, he wasn't a need just a great value.

5-3 DE Roy Vaughn: We needed a DE after trading Xavier Black for cap reasons has some upside.

5-23 C- Jamie Root: Our ideal plan would have been for Ward to freefall to our 2nd, that didn't happen. We like Root in the run game.

6-3 TE Orlando Wishek: Like this kid, need to work on his conditioning, but he's a backup TE for us.

6-21 S Norm Ford: We need a backup safety think he can be that.

7-20 G Preston Pendergraft: No combine guy scouts had him as very underrated.

Overall before the numbers and TC we like the draft, hell we wound up with a Gus, an Artie and a Norm.

Thanks rbeyer

Pre TC #s

1-20 S- Britt Perkins: 38/75 have to see what the move will do, don't expect it to have any effect really. Hope the 75 holds pretty close.

2-25 QB Gus Hammond: 5/33 this guy needs TC help

3-24 WR Artie Rider: 12/29 Lower than expect #s, we will see what TC brings, still we need wr's so he'll get a shot.

4-23 FB Hunter Dail: 24/51 no complaints here we have a solid backup FB we think.

5-3 DE Roy Vaughn: 15/50 hope the 50 holds.

5-23 C- Jamie Root: 21/54 not bad, he'll get some work again we hope the future holds.

6-3 TE Orlando Wishek: 13/28 he's TE #3 so no big deal

6-21 S Norm Ford: 13/38 meh he can still be a backup.

7-20 G Preston Pendergraft: 15/38 he lasted till late round 7 for a reason

All in all we felt some guys woul dhave been alittle higher, but TC will tell the real story.
