The importance of the loss of McDaniel shows again as ACI grabs another TE in Eubanks. Eubanks is a good run blocker but his best asset is catching the ball. An additional aspect in this selection was good specials teams’ ability, including long snapping.

Are you kidding me with these Center selections? I hope ACI has a plan for these kids as they are now five Centers on the roster. Keith is an excellent pass blocker who needs to work on his run blocking to be successful at the next level.

The Phantoms have always like FB’s and this year is no different. Sanders looks to be solid yet unspectacular across the range of his skills. This is the 6th round so the bar is not that high.



Jermaine Holmes

7th Round. Pick #7-6. #198 Overall

Pre-Draft Adjusted Grade: 3.00

Actuals: 46/68

With no punter on the roster and having already made 9 selections in the draft, this was a logical pick for round 7. Holmes has a big leg and is a good directional punter who needs to work on his hang time. At least 1-2 rookie free agent punters will likely be signed to compete with Holmes so he is far from having the job locked up.
