GG thater,

Spoiler below:

Only allowed 13 point, huge difference from last week. I'm still waiting for the adamo/Meyer combo to take off and show their true potential.

Yeah, it was a gg and close. Got down a good bit early and the catch-up mode kicked in and we went all pass, I am surprised it did not get ugly with tons of sacks and INTs. I need to update that part of the gameplan.

I think my hard drive needs to crash more often (well, not really - it sucks). Anyway, three key stats from the Atlantic City - New Orleans game (from the all time regular season game records page):

Total Yards Allowed Record Opponent Year
Atlantic City Phantoms 49 New Orleans 2036
Tucson Toros 90 Las Vegas 2031
Hartford Attack 93 Ohio 2032
Hartford Attack 94 St. Louis 2008
Denver Dynomite 98 Seattle 2003

Sacks Record Year Team Opponent
Conrad Lang 5.5 2028 Atlantic City Seattle
Fredric Diggs 5.0 2005 Iowa City Tennessee
Ahmad Lowell 4.5 2004 Boise Seattle
Zachery Duggan 4.5 2006 Denver Detroit
Arthur Gomez 4.5 2008 Detroit Albany
Mercury Emmons 4.5 2027 Iowa City Albany
Darren Richardson 4.5 2036 Atlantic City New Orleans

Times Sacked Record Year Team Opponent
Hunter Walker 11 2028 Seattle Atlantic City
Kerry Wells 10 2013 Iowa City Arizona
Kerry Wells 9 2013 Iowa City Boston
Rico Lynn 9 2028 Oregon Seattle
Kurt Huffman 9 2029 Seattle Death Valley
J.B. Lynch 9 2034 Tulsa Denver
Gerald Griffith 9 2036 New Orleans Atlantic City

I received my new elicense so hopefully I can get a game report up tomorrow.

The Tennessee Militia continue to roll..... (Love the schedule maker so far....)

Interesting stat - Player of the game was Monty Dunlap (My Center!)

4-0 Record
#1 Offense in the league.....This won't last, but we love it right now.
#1 Receiver (Well TE, but what the heck.....)
2 Rookie Starters playing BIG

Expecting a record home attendance figure at our next tilt.....

Good start, but now I get Shreveport and Hartford Back to Back.

I'd love to go to 5-0 and take a shot at Hartford, but honestly, I'd rather beat Shreveport than Hartford if we can only win one.

Wow, 49 yards allowed is freaking crazy.

New CFL record for most receiving TDs in a game: Durham WR Wayne Lett with 5! 13 catches, 216 yards, 5 TDs and the Offensive Player of the Week award goes to QB Harry Reese for throwing for 280 yards and 3 TDs in a loss!?!??!

whew! squeaked out another win, against an AI team, that's 2 weeks in a row. I seem to be getting the hang of beating AI teams, just need to figure out how to beat the rest of you guys

I was surprised by Reese winning player of the game and really surprised by the player of the week win. He pretty much ate our lunch, 21 - 27 3TD 0 turnovers only 1 time sacked and he ran 9 times for 83 YD on scrambles, while I was watching the solevision replay, I noticed he never threw into double coverage and had 0 bad throws, ended up with a 146.9 QB rating. But still Texas lost and he didn't hit on many crucial throws on 3rd down

I think RB Stargell should have got player of the game, (not week)
29 for 192 and 2 TD rushing and 2 for 22 and 1 TD receiving, plus for the second week in a row he keyed crucial late drives with big runs to kill the clock and ice the game

Lots of players put up some really big numbers this week, if I was voting I would have had to go with WR Lett for player of the week, huge game

Lett definitely should have been player of the week. Don't see how Reese won that one especially with the other QB performances of the week. I guess it is valuing his rushing pretty high.
