Spoiler Alert----

Damn..... Back down to earth.... Details to follow.

GG RH....you got most of the big plays. Huge INT returned for a TD, 10 yard slant that turns into a 70 yard TD by Mr. Wooden, and a huge interference call earlier in the game. That aside, the teams looked pretty even. Godfrey had a big game and continues to chase the all time rushing record. After a game like that methinks he may eek it out after all. I'd expect a battle all year for the division, but with slow starts by San Antonio and New Orleans..... It could be a two team race.

GG BreizhManu,

It appears Nixon was the key, he had a great game and we took the win.

Side note, we have only allowed 27 point since the 65 point thrashing so Omaha is looking up..

yeah clancy made a clancy throwing a key interception and sucking on 3rd down conversions :p

it's not just due to him, your defense was great.

This is arguably Durham's best start to a season ever...next up, Detroit, who has knocked us out of the playoffs 2 years in a row...we don't want to just win, we want to knock out their next QB in the process...

Well we won. Not the win I was expecting. 14 points in the last 7 mins. to put it to overtime and a 56 yd (career long for my Kicker) field goal for the win.

Interesting start to the season. Calvary Division with top 3 teams at 4-1. And Arizona is leading the Ring of Fire Division. Granted it is all very early and things will change.

GG Aamalin - that's what my team is made up of: big plays. I love seeing the pick-6 by my 1st round rookie. That's why we're paying him the big bucks. Also, you're not the first, nor will you be the last to have Wally Wooden turn a slant into a long TD. He's just awesome. We still stand in awe of Bart Godfrey - and though we don't want to see him get the all-time rushing record, we'll know that he will have earned it when he gets there. Does look like a two-team race in the Deep South. Huge victory for the Pride on the road against a great team!
