Well, my injuries are starting to pile up. That, and getting shellacked by New York.... :(

Ugh, we lose because of a game-tying 44 yard FG at the end of regulation and then a game-winner with a minute left in overtime! I haven't even had time to look at the logs to see how we pulled off THAT magical combo (not even sure I want to).

I KNEW I should have just retired off into the sunset after the first week :).

Congrats to Tulsa!

-Craig

P.S. OMG, we had the ball and the lead with 2 minutes left and couldn't run it out, nor could we stop the 22 yard pass play with 22 seconds left that set up the tying FG. I hate my secondary!

P.P.S. Oh, and a nice Lenny Olsen interception with 2:38 left in OT set up the game-winner. This is the thanks I get for the long-term contract signed during the week?!

...and Durham's magical season continues... :(

But the playoff picture is getting clearer, and I'm still in it! :D

Good lord, the slide continues... :(

Ernest Lorenzo had a nice day, except for the fact that he threw three interceptions in my our own territory...one from our 22, one from 43, and one from 32. Two of the three led to touchdowns and our eventual 20-17 loss.

Hopefully we can right this ship, cause we're still in the conference race. I just need to get a couple of guys healthy and figure out how to score some points...

[quotefb8f0d1="JeeberD"]Good lord, the slide continues... :([/quotefb8f0d1]

And for me it has just begun. :(

My beloved Toros suffered a humiliating 20-6 loss at the hands of Fargo. Most humiliating was the fact that we dominated much the game, outgaining them 355-201, holding them to 3/14 on 3rd down, and nabbing six sacks. So how did we lose?

How one might expect: turnovers.

Two lost fumbles and two interceptions killed us. We'd been pretty stingy with the ball through the first 8 games, but today we lost it 4 times. Hard to overcome that.

Despite nearly having his arm fall off after putting up a league-record 64 pass attempts, QB Miles "Colonel" Hogan is going to have a strenuous week of practice ahead of him. Nobody can expect to turn the ball over twice in a game for the Toros and get away with it. Windsprints for you, Colonel!

Another week, another nailbiting win! I hate it how I seem to let my opponent get back in the game every single week...I keep winning, but the Vampires really seem shaky every time they play...

Oh, and whoever coated the football with KY Jelly please come forward! The Vampires had 5 fumbles today, to go with 5 dropped passes as well...Jeez!!!

That beats mine.

We had the lead in the 4th quarter, but we fumbled the ball at our own 6 and Cleveland took it in for a score to put them ahead.

We suck.

I think the fumble deep in our territory and the goal line stance were the keys here. Our D finally played like last year and refused to break in the red zone

Don't jinx us! There's still a lot of games left...

I think I have finally found a gameplan that works after my disasters last season. My defense is playing very well and my running game is solid. Even though everyone thought I paid Metz too much money to get him as a free agent, he's been worth every penny so far!

Quite a few surprising results this week. Two games qualify for upsets IMO, Fargo over Tucson of course but also Huntington Beach over Sacramento.

Don't tell me about it :x

For the first time in a while that I really decide to play with my team's gameplan, add a bit more passing into the mix and Barre throws two INTs in the last moments of the game, killing us...
