#8 Atlantic City @ #1 Hartford

Regardless of what the power rankings say, this is a battle between #1 and #2. Atlantic City has been a weak franchise for many, many years but finally appear to be making a positive turn. Unfortunately for them, they play in the same division as Hartford so 8-0 is only good for a tie atop the division. This will be a battle between the #1(Hartford) and #2 (Atlantic City) defenses in terms of points allowed. If the Phantoms can keep the score down they will have a chance. However, ACI is not quite ready for that next step so we will take Hartford.


Upset of the Week

#5 Anchorage -6 @ #16 Arizona

I have absolutely no basis for this prediction. Anchorage is the better team but look for RB J.T. Stargell to have a big day.
