Game Report: St. Louis 3, Atlantic City 17 Week 13 Biggest Play: While this play didn’t change the outcome of the game, it did show two things: how big a threat Polhemus is for ACI and that the Phantoms need to cut down on the penalties. Polhemus finished with 8 catches for 90 yards and is now 4th in the CFL with 72 receptions. On the penalty side, ACI had 5 more this week and now has 69 for the season (which is 6th worst in the league). Atlantic City: I formation with two tight ends, strength is right. The defense is in a 43 and 2-deep man-to-man coverage, expecting the run. 1-10-STL40 (2Q: 03:17) Monty Lynch pass completed to TE Carlos Polhemus for 40 yards and a TOUCHDOWN! Polhemus gained 14 yards after the catch. PENALTY: Atlantic City was called for Offensive Holding. Offensive Standout: QB Monty Lunch – 28/35, 268 yards, 1 TD, 108 Rating Lynch continues to impress. Playing on a sore knee, he was once again 100+ in QB rating and connected on 78% of his passes. Defensive Standout: OLB Winfred Henry – 2 tackles (1 assist), 2.5 sack, 1 hurry, 2 knockdowns Last week we gave the defensive award to Henry as he finally received some accolades for his play this season. This week, he had an even better game which included 2.5 sacks. Question for the Week: RB J.R. Brustkern struggled once again this week with 62 yards on 23 carries (a 2.7 yard average). Could Mark Picchietti be given a shot as the #1 back in one of the remaining regular season games?
