This is a hard decision to make and I hate to be the one to make it. I know that some owners will be upset at the fact that we are not upgrading, but I have a life outside of this game. Right now I am busy and do not want to have to deal with the headache of upgrading. I have the new schedule and it will take us up to the first week in May. By then I am sure everything will be ready to roll for the upgrade, including both draft apps. We are a casual league and I will abide by that. I remember when there was a waiting list for this league and when there were 12 open teams. I have been in this league for about 10 years and a couple extra months of waiting won’t hurt. Having said that, if any owners want to take this time off until we upgrade just let me know and I will put your team on auto-pilot. By May, we will be ready. A choice had to be made. Are you ready for some football!! Seems like forever since I exported. Can't wait to find out if Cole and Shreveport's Bennett retire. If one does and the other doesn't it could be a huge divisional swing. |

Tough decision to make, Josh, but if you ain't got the time to handle the hassle of the upgrade now then I think it is a wise decision. I'm ready for some more football so lets get things rolling again. |

I was reading some of the posts and was literally thinking this is going to be a lot of work for someone, thanks for all the effort you put in, it is appreciated. And besides this gives me one more chance to get into the playoffs with 2007 version, haven't done that yet. |
