Post subject:  Coaches Draft Details
I'm going to end the 2040 season tomorrow Dec 23rd, I'll get us to the staff retention Stage. ****Update to version 7.1 after you import the new season stage.

Then on January 5th we'll run the retention stage and that will get us to the point where the coaches will be available so we can start making our coach draft lists for the Live Coaches draft.

The draft will be held on Sunday January 11th, that should give us enough time to look over the coaches and make our lists.

About the lists;

If you want to participate in the Live Draft, you'll need to make a top 5 list of the coaches you'd like to change and PM it too me.

Example list;

Owner - JJSmitty
Team - Omaha

Head Coach;

Going to keep him

Off Cordinator;

Name - Age
1. Johnny Rogers - 43
2. Tommy Thomas - 54
3. Reggie Riley - 61
4. Rich Rod - 34
5. Bill Smith - 54

Def Cordinator;

Going to keep him

and so on with the other coaches.

Also, remember to PM me your list.

****Very Important*****

You still need to put in a coaches draft preference file so if you don't get one of your guys the computer will use your preferences.

****Update to version 7.1 after you import the new season stage.

Side note, I'm running the Draft Live on that sunday and I'll have my Ventrillo Server up if any owner wants to join. You'll have the option to draft Live.. Boom!

If I'm not mistake, pending FA head coaches show up as having no team? Trying to see which HC's will be FA and which ones aren't available to sigh.

I cannot get the current game files. After I import game files I receive the following error:

Unable to load game data file. Saved game is corrupted.

Any ideas?

You'll need to upgrade to 7.1a and then reimport the stage file. That should fix it.
