As I am new to this league, If I put QB, Farr 84/84 and/or WR, Hartman 71/71 both in their 11th year on the block, what would they bring in picks for the next couple of years? |

Hard to say - it's not often that players like that get traded. A QB like Farr is invaluable, even in his 11th year. No matter what you got I don't know why you'd consider trading him. Remember, this is a slow league - you wouldn't see the returns on these trades for many months. |

As someone who has traded for marquee players in the past, negotiations for Farr better start in the neighborhood of 3 1st's. I'm not sure Hartman would be quite as much but 2 1st's and some change should start that conversation. |

Hmmm... I agree that Farr would be in the 3+ 1's range... Not so sure on Hartman... With his contract and age he's probably more in the 1 First round pick range... There's only one receiver in his 12th year over a 60 and only 3 over a 50 and if he does stick around he's gonna be a 31 million cap hit. Hartman would make the most sense to move though if you were looking to rebuild though. |

Yeah, my 68/68 WR in only his 4th year did not get a serious offer. In this version, Salary cap space matters again and the contracts these WR's want and are getting shoot down the draft pick value they can get via trade. |
