I'm still trying to figure out how I got Pedro Lopez to sign with Shreveport. :) Must have been the bonus money. ;)

The second day of FA:
Charleston sign George "Pitbull" Pitts, who returns to the Atlantic Division.
Charleston also sign the Torpedos' star safety Chris Haugh, Seattle's ILB Richard Suazo, Chicago's ILB David Mathis and Boise's G Hans Daugherty.

Baltimore sign Albany RB Jonathan Sill, a two-time 1000-yd back.

Durham signs Honolulu's DT Alphonso Smith.

Tampa signs Chicago's T Paul Emery for $11.42 mil.

The toughest division in the CFL is going to make some noise this season!
