So I noticed a lot of Position Changes in the last transaction log and no posts in the position board. What are the rules for Position changes? Do we only post when its a major change or any change?

I agree that this needs to be codified - are we going with the IHOF model? Or with a limited IHOF model (i.e., G to T is always OK, but G to DT needs league approval)?
