Agreed:

In order to seal the deal and ease the cap hit on Jeeber, the Crows will try to resign RT Micheal Jackson to a three year deal with a reduced 2008 salary. Jackson will then be moved after successful renegotiation with the 2010 2nd pick to El Paso for RT Claypoole to complete the deal.

So, if I understand this correctly, this is really two separate trades.

Trade #1:
El Paso sends:
1.10

Albany sends:
1.17
2009 2nd
2009 3rd

Then I will process a 2nd trade after Mike Jackson accepts a renegotiation.

Trade #2:
El Paso sends:
Kenneth Claypoole

Albany sends:
Mike Jackson

The 2010 2nd doesn't have to be included in the second trade it could be in the first, I just suggested so because I thought you could only move 3 picks in a MP trade. But essentially this is two trades.
