What is the diff between the bureau rating and the adjusted rating of players? Is one more up to date after the workouts?

Adjusted rating is where the player is slotted to be picked example

Karl Huntley K 6.6 3.9 East Carolina

Darren Singleton LT 6.0 6.6 Boise State


Obviously the LT is more important than a kicker so even though the K is 6.6 rated he is slotted way down the list 3.9

Adjusted ratings are the bureau ratings multiplied with a positional factor, say 1.5 for QBs, RBs and DEs and 0.8 for FBs, S as those positions are less likely to be picked early.
