As most of you know, there is a but in the game where if a player is cut during the first FA, you won't be able to make an offer to him until the second FA. The problem is, CPU teams are not limited in this way, so it seems Kasey Cha will be signed away before I have the chance to bring him to Fargo.

I'd say make the CPU controlled teams human controlled, but that would put those teams behind the 8 ball perhaps. :(

does this not balance out for the fact that CPU teams tend to not be managed as well as human controlled teams?

I dont know, it seems unfair to both sides to me. I wanted a couple of the players Seattle cut. From my standpoint, this needs to be fixed in the game ASAP. It would be fair if the CPU teams could not sign them. If we took CPU control off, teams would fall behind.

Kasey Cha doesn't have any offers, even from CPU teams. Is this really a bug?

I was under the impression that he had an offer from Charleston.

An offer shows up on the FA list, but not on Cha negotiations page.

Could you take control of the CPU team, and withdraw the offer... then place them back under cpu control?

I don't think this will fix it. Teams will then make offers again as soon as you proceed to the next week, just now his demands will be lower.
