In the 1st half, Sheehan ran all over me, I got killed by penalties and my offense couldn't get anything going...

Managed to even things out in the 2nd half, but still lost...

Damn we got destroyed!? It seems all I saw was either "Vasquez hurries my qb into a bad throw" or holding on offense. Seeing their running game continually keep their offense on the field was no picnic, either.

Heh, I was just about to post that. I have no idea what the hell has gotten into my defense this year, but we're only giving up seven points per game so far, best in the league.

Thank god, since my offense is only averaging 11.3ppg, fifth worst in the league.

Motormouth had 0 sacks for the 2nd straight week but did end up with 6 hurries! And yeah, my running game was dominant against your 1-6-4 lineup. Next up, Baltimore who we have never won against...

Long Beach's new slogan: "We make your defense look GOOD!"

It wasn't like we had a "good" passing offense but it was much less pathetic before Worden (our best wideout who'd be a 4th wideout on most team) broked himself. Hopefully, we have some resemblence of an offense once he returns as an option.

I also like the fact that we actually had decent field position and did zilch with it. Wundervol!

I did see that as I was watching the game 'live' with 3ric's viewer and did indeed think it was weird...

I figured since you were already down at your 1yd line, the coach thought there was no point accepting the penalty as it would have been a 1st & 10 again...

But hey, what do I know?, I 'm just a GM!
