Wow..

Was this intentional by Boston?

Rushes: 53
Passes: 4

Also, possibly Manuel's best game of his career with 11.7 yd/att and 3 TD passes... Tramel has really served his purpose with this team...

Bad News:

FB Levy looks his career is over..

and TWO of my linemen are done for the season...

Yeah, flere-imsaho said he was going to run a lot since his starting QB was out. So that was intentional.

That's too bad about Levy. Motormouth was looking forward to meeting up with him again in week 11. Motormouth Bowl IV is coming up! :D

[b53991d3]Absolutely not!!![/b53991d3] I can't believe my HC let my backup QB throw 4 passes!!! :D

Seriously, though, what Taco said. As bad as starting QB McMillan is (it's the accuracy which kills him), my backup QB is even worse. I figured go run-heavy and see what happens.

Anyway, [b53991d3]wademoore[/b53991d3], I'm sorry my team took out so many of your linemen. It wasn't intentional. :(

What's interesting is my scout does not show that big of a different between your starting and backup QB... in my scout's eyes, your backup is pretty good for a backup...

No worries on the linemen... heck, it was nice to get a win for a change...

Another nailbiter...and once again, i get bailed out by a great defense and excellent special teams...
2 monster games on D from DT Cassidy (5 tacklers, 2 assists, 3.5 sacks, a safety, FOF defensive PotW) and MLB Parker (6 tackles, 3assists, 3 INT with one returned for a TD...)

And I still haven't found my running game...

The Crawfish are undefeated after one week at the helm! Should I retire now? :)

Good signs:

Terry Grayvil makes his debut in the nickel package and makes 5 tackles along with one pass defended.

QB Lenny Olsen has his best passing day of the year (331 yards, 2 TDs).

Bad Signs:

RB Thomas Karl continues to disappoint (17 carries, 50 yards), as well as a fumble at the El Paso 1 YARD LINE, costing us 7 points.

Our offensive line's tendency to forget to block on passing plays (5 sacks).

Well, you can only go downhill from there, right?

As a sneak preview, I can already tell you that, thanks to this win, your team will be the biggest climber in the weekly FFF rankings.

Wow... How much better could my first game go... First off, I won by kicking a FG with 0.00 left on the clock... I mean what a nailbitter...

Dammit... despite us spotting the NY Knights a 25-0 lead, we could have completed the fourth-quarter comeback anyway if not for that stupid penalty. Grr!

I'm at least doing the bare minimum to hopefully stay out of last place ;)

Tucson is now 7-0-1. How much longer can this house of cards stand? I've been expecting to be blown out every single week, as I don't really think my team is that good. Yet we keep winning, so I have to say I'm pleasantly surprised with this plucky team. Go Toros!

Of course, most of our games have been at home, and we have a brutal four-game road trip coming up that should knock us down a notch or two. Or ten.

:sigh:

Ugh.

Now these are the El Paso Rockets that I was expecting to see at the beginning of the season... :(

That's interesting, because to my scout, there's a huge difference.
